abriviate the flight pre-briefing , 
we got to design a tactical formation to reach our goal ...
for a instance , when we carry the cap 
we always do the "counter rotating" in the nowadays bvr battle field
we should think about the 
1.we and the bandit's weapon characteristic and envelop(bvr and ir missle and gun)
2.we and the bandit's jet characteristic ,including the flight level and accererate
3.the weather in the battle field(sun's position,cloud,background,condence height
  and visibility )
4.the surport to both side(other air jet,ground and sea missle)
5.fuel and the range from both side
