We developed a new recording and transcription system during brcon2025,
which works:

* Live sessions are instantly cut.
#pause
* A transcription of the audio is generated for blind people and to be
  able to read it the unix way.

* This allowed us to move forward to introduce jams.

## Jams
Bitreichcon is moving towards a more physical format. People meet for
this one time a year to actively exchange ideas, get bitreich forward and
develop the system.

This is best done doing physical activity. This slows down the
hackathons, but sparks unique ideas.

How do we record this?

We took the idea of train jams, an idea thankfully introduce to use by
\subline, to have spotaneous fast session of situations, like from
museums, from train stations, from hiking etc.

How can we improve this?

* Textual parsing of the first word in a recording to allow publishing:
	* "Jam" -- impressions
	* "Talk" -- hold a talk?
	* "News" -- send out news to bitreich?

We have a funny new way to experiment on gopherspace. :-)
