            5 There is now a working phlog system on bitreich. As a user you simply go to
            6 $HOME, create gopher/phlog there and start writing. A file should have the
            7 following syntax:

           15 The first part of $year-$month-$day is used for display and the title. The
           16 rest can be optional.

           18 The filename is used for sorting. The filename must have the form:
