            1 # Rules of the Bitreich Council

            3 We are a democratic institution. All major decisions have to be discussed here
            4 and voted on.

            6 New decisions we voted on have to be noted down in the decisions.md file.

            8 Every vote needs a simple majority.

           10 Secret voting is possible on certain topics. When council members vote in
           11 secret, they need to vote under a bedcover. Multiple council members can
           12 be under one bedcover.

           14 There are no regular meetings planned.

           16 Council members have to be reachable in some way. When there is a vote, the
           17 council members have to come online into the IRC channel #bitreich-council.
