Batpower collection

Batpower.zip is an ancient collection of DOS batch file "power" 
utilities.  To give you an idea of their age, many were designed as 
solutions for DOS version 2.0!  But old is not necessarily bad.  
Although the ones that rely on timing (such as the audio alerts) are 
unusable, the others are still as good as when they were written; 
solving problems that still exist in DOS.  

One such gem is NO.COM, an excellent utility I can't seem to live 
without.
