"Helpers" are convenience tools that help you manipulate Windows 2000 
settings by automating the process.  Please note that they are -NOT- 
required, as you can change the settings being manipulated manually 
without using any of these tools (you just need to be more knowledgeable
about what and where the settings are that need to be changed).
