Paul Mace Softwares Htest/Hformat utilities are used for Low-Level 
(physical level) hard drive formatting and testing.  Do -NOT- use these 
utilities on IDE hard drives!  

If however you have an older hard drive (RLL, MFM, etcetera), these 
utilities are fantastic.
