CD Tools collection

CDTOOLS.ZIP is a diverse collection of freeware programs that access 
CD/DVD devices.  These tools include a CD-r file burner, CD player, 
CD-to-MP3 ripper, and etcetera.  I have not personally used all of 
these programs, but the ones I have used (such as the DOS CD-r burner) 
have worked as advertised.
