Well, it's been awhile again...
Maybe as winter draws near I will find all my projects complete and
have more time to play with gopher, yea sure ;)
I have not updated the jughead search as I am waiting to see if simple
machines comes back on after their move. All has been well except for
one power outage as far as the gopher server. I had a couple random 
thoughts and I will put them here.

One of the most important duties to me as a man is, 
To protect my family, loved ones, friends, community, country and self
from anyone or any group foreign or domestic wanting to do them or I
harm. Anyone wishing to limit my ability to do so is an enemy of mine
and one of those that I am protecting against.

That just seems to make sense to me and is how I always felt, why would
anyone want to disarm a law abiding citizen?

All radio, light, sound and space in general is free to observe.
Nazis, communists, socialists, dictators and the like are those who
would and have restriced them. 
Let us not forget history.

I can see a country restricting it's own citizens from transmiting
in certain spectrums for safety and defense but, from recieving?
I don't see it as proper and I do see this practice as dangerously
precident setting.

Just a couple random thoughts that sought a place to be written.
