Testing Phlog, Thanks for phlogit Beaker :). Beaker is at SIMpLE
MaChinEs gopher://beaker.mdns.org. This gopher, at hal3000 was started
on 11/25/03.  The concept is to provide historical content, ie: old
programs and articles before they are lost.  Equally or more important
to me is to also provide current information and real time updates.
The blend on which I can do this is yet to be determined.  Between
11/25 and now I have played with contents, added some hourly updates
on weather including hourly updated web cam images from near where
the weather was reported. Same with the USD exchange rate.  I have
switched from gopherd to pygopherd.  Started a jughead sever and
jughead PCW aerv, floodgap, quux and of course hal3000, looking at
adding others soon.  I am still manually updating jughead for now.
I have so far been unable to find a good source for an AP feed...
will work on that.  And started phloging :) All for now...  Orintz
