Yep, these are coming in duped into two message areas from my hub also, if it
is an SBBS it can actually be the message base file that is duping it also,
having different conf numbers will not guarantee that they cannot be duped..

Lets say one area is

HAMNET-RADIO

and another is

HAMNET-RADON TESTING 

or whatever for example, if the two message areas have the same message base
(.SHD) file, it will dupe the message text, but not gate t correctly. because
both areas are so close in the interal code SBBS only sees "HAMNET-RAD.SHD"

just an observation.
