New information indicates that REF002 may not come back in service.

For the foreseeable future, the Southeast US D-Star Weather Net will
remain on REF004A.

I suggest that all repeater owners move any automatic linking to REF004A
for the net.

While we may switch to a new reflector down the road, including a new
REF002, plan on the net remaining on REF004A for weeks to come.
