For C64 there is Vice, and for Atari 8bit there is Altira for Windows, atari800
for Linux, and Atari800MacX for MacOS.

Unfortunately I couldn't really tell you any games. I like puzzle games a bit,
and there are some new-ish ones like Foxy Moxy for C64 and Children for Atari
8bit. Actual gamers could probably tell you what games are good on those
platforms :).

Oh yeah, there's a Super Mario copy on the C64 I think it was.

Totally agreed that the Amiga had a bit better graphics than all of them, but I
have seen some _very_ impressive stuff on the ST.
