I'm a proton mail user, and recently started noticing performance issues while 
opening my inbox, and read messages.

If I check the load, at least 2/4 cores are in use when proton is opening a 
mailbox or message.

Is this normal? Is there anything that can be tuned to improve performance on 
the Pi; so it is not so impacting?

I have a RaspBerry Pi 4 with  8GB ram.
