Wow, back in 2018 when I was getting back into BBS'n I started to try all 
different Softwares, I won't go into all of them here. I installed Mystic and 
it was simple and booted right up and I was able to log on to it in minutes. It 












































































































































































































was pitiful how plain it was, but I liked it. Of course I was considered at 
typical fly by night Mystic SysOp on Facebook, but I didn't care. I was back 
into this stuff.

What do I like about it? Customizable!! I took this plain ass software, added a 












































































































































































































completely different login to it, full cursor driven menus, I have used the 
base Mystic software to create a login menu on my website that will allow 
someone to login to any of my BBS' from this "Front End". I built a InterBBS 
file server, I have used the Mystic Base to stop bots from attacking my 
Commodore board! There really isn't anything I can't do with it..

Tips?? Use it, play with it, so many new sysOp's put one up and forget about 
it, don't forget about it. Play with it, play with the Menu editor, that thing 
is so powerful that it is amazing what you can do with it. I will give you an 
example. Back in the day, sysOp's would add a graphic screen on logoff, Call 
these other BBS' and list the BBS'. Well on my board, on logoff, you can 
logoff, OR call the BBS'! You hit TAB and it drops you to a second menu which 
lists some other BBS' and if you hit enter on any of them it takes you to that 
BBS. When you logoff that BBS, it logs you off my BBS. It goes back to 
Customization! I have other things, themes play with them, I have a full 
Commodore Image BBS theme which mimics a Image BBS. Again play with it!! You 
won't go wrong...
