This reply ended up in my DUPE, presumibly because it contains two different 
MSGID and two different REPLY kludges.

Going by the PATH it looks like the message only touched hub 3.  I wonder if 
there's some misconfiguration or perhaps a corrupted JAM base that's causing 
this issue?
