For Mystic related videos maybe something along the lines of a daily/weekly 
maintenance script that packs message/user/file bases merges nodelists from 
your received file echos.

Maybe a "how to back up your BBS" video and "how to switch from Windows to 
Linux" as that seems to come up  quite often as well.

A video explaining how to get DOS doors working under Linux might also be 
helpful.

I'd be willing to contribute a "how to setup Telegard w/ Fastecho & Allfix" 
segment if we're doing other BBS software (if time permits).
