My favorite list (most apps run on ios, android, linux or windows too)
- Notion for ... everything.
- Musix: Play music from youtube video's (spotify on the cheap)
- Termius: Great way to ssh sftp onto various hosts
- Simplemind: Must have mind mapping app for my crazy brain
- Davinci Resolve: (Video editiing for work)
- Notability: Note taking
- Joplin: Text editing and markupp
- Brave: Browser for anywhere

And the two three things i like the most about the OS
- Continuity: Being able to slide over my mouse pointer from my mac to my ipad
- Airdrop: Bless you for sending files quickly
- Copy paste via Icloud for easily moving content between devices.

Note: I'm a "cross platform geek" that tries to use mutiple OS's. But for work I stick to the Apple Ecosystem (time is money) but for leisure I move between linux machines, rasperry pi's and the occasional windows box.
