Understood - thats kinda the point, so long as it works. I won't fully RELY on 
Immich until they get a stable, but it looks like they'll be able to work on it

I use iCloud, so there is some issues there... they don't support pulling down 
files that are in the cloud - even tho there are ways to doso. I was going to 
use a project like https://github.com/boredazfcuk/docker-icloudpd to pull my 
iCloud data down and then add it to the Immich vault thru its CLI, however 
Apple offers ways to get your data at https://privacy.apple.com/account so I 
think I'll just wait for them to send me EVERYTHING...

You might want to look at another project under the FUTO umbrella called 
'Circles' - offers the same stuff as Immich but its completely encrypted 
end-to-end for those data that you don't want Zuckerburg to ever see.

I'm super impressed by that part - it just works. And fast!!

Can't wait to see the featuresets improve in the near future... I *think* 
they'll produce and I'm happy to see them join w/ FUTO - do you have any 
thoughts on the FUTO partnership???
