Considering Maxine Waters voted against it, I think she's mad that the 
soicialists got called out, that's all.  As for hewr complaining "wasting 
time", that's all she's done is stall, stall, stall.  Just look at her voting 
record.

This resolution wasn't really meant to do anything but call out the socialists 
in Congress.  I'm aurprised you didn't see that angle.
