However, with NAT, that's not an issue. IPv6 has a very slow adoption rate in the US because of NAT and the high cost of switching to IPv6-enabled commercial equipment. My own ISP uses IPv6 externally, but internally, it's all IPv4. Trying to manually subnet a IPv6 address is damn near impossible. -- Sean ....
