A fellow ham radio operator, who was a retired gastrointerologist, took his Amateur Extra exam under a central Arkansas exam session that I oversaw. When he upgraded, he asked me to get him "A Jazzy Callsign". So, I got him "AG5AS"...although I forget what he had on his QSL card (hi hi). Sadly, he became a Silent Key several years ago from pancreatic cancer...the same thing that killed my father.
