Even in our older years, my stewpdad and I butt heads.  We're completely
different people but I think with the severe TBI he had in his car accident
in 2003, his personality changed.  Now I just tend to drop a subject if
he's getting testy.  God knows I don't want to make him so angry he has a
heart attack.

I try not to argue anymore.  I usually just drop the subject at hand,
however, my mom and I will argue at times about my health.  I understand
where she's coming from, however, at 52, I realize that some things about me
aren't changing.
