dunno, maybe he lost it after that.
I knew people who knew him. I remember them saying he said he didn't have
source code for some of the IPs bought. I remember him mentioning it a little bit but not wanting to talk about it.  Now that i'm digging a bit i see SRE had lost sourcecode.  who knows if that added to the confusion.

maybe you have a hardware issue that is causing this freezup.  I've never
seen this happen.  perhaps run it in another environment than dosbox-x
