DOSemu does come with nansi.sys.  

It's located in /usr/local/share/dosemu/drive_z/bin/nansi.sys.

DOSbos-X crawled on my system for some reason but I prefer DOSemu as I can
configure it a lot easier than either DOSbox or DOSbox-X.
