Subj : Genmitsu 3018 Pro?

Has anyone had any expereince with those "cheap" CNC machines from
Genmitsu? About $200 and it *looks* like what I need it to do, which is
learning cutting/milling of salvaged PCB into specific patterns for an art
project.
  
Any help, or thoughts in general, would be awesome...
