Does it work on Banking and financial sites? I find some sites refuse to
allow Opera, likely because it blocks their ability to 'spy' on who you
are to verify your identity.

Mainly there's just one banking site that does that to me on Opera so I
just use something else there but I'm pretty sure there's a way to set
Opera to not protect your identity for a specific site, but it hasn't
been enough of an issue for me to look into it more. I run an older
version of Opera on my main Laptop, since it is running Windows 7, and
that site works fine from there but the Android version on my phone is
kept right up to date and that's the one that causes issues..
