Yes, I saw something in it about syncing but I guess it only syncs itself
between devices. If I'm not mistaken it can import from other browsers,
although maybe not from Brave for some reason..

Yes, instructions say you can choose Import Data and then select the
source browser and which things you want to import, so it looks like
it should work reasonably well with some browsers..
