I have tried several BBS software platforms and to me Mystic ranks at the top.

I had a new HobbyNet node to add recently and didn't have access to my Mystic server 
at the time.  I decided to just log into my Mystic board from my laptop and use the 
sysop utility to get to my system configuration.

Thankfully, the screen that I see when I am on the Mystic server is the same screen that 
I see by doing it this way when logged in via my laptop.

It took literally 3 minutes to set up the new node on Mystic.

My other server runs Winserver.  When I used to use that as my primary hub, it involved 
going into 3 different programs to set up a new node and took a long time to setup.

If I were asked what the best software is to run a BBS, my answer would definitely be 
Mystic.
