Ditto here, I bought a lifetime pass back in 2022 when it was on sale for CAD$128, it's currently on "sale" for CAD$210!

Which DVR are you using?  I recently added a quad-tuner HD Homerun to Plex to record our OTA shows.  We already have a Tablo which records our shows but the ability to view/stream remotely is hit & miss.   Tablo also records in a proprietary format to a USB drive plugged directly into the tuner.  Plex recording over the network to my NAS is much more convenient & now we have one app to watch our recorded TV & media acquired elsewhere.  I will say that Tablo handles subtitles better than Plex though.

That is neat, I tried it out at work one day and another time when I was up north visiting my parents.  There's something cool about streaming live TV from my antenna over the internet and viewing it hundreds of kilometres away.
