I bought a secondary TV a few years ago, but I just wanted to buy something that was 4K and didn't cost a lot. My main TV is a 55" Samsung that I bought in 2015 - I still use it because it supports 3D, and I've heard they don't make 3D-capable TVs anymore. One thing about it though is that sometimes the image on it gets dark for some reason. I can adjust the brightness back up higher, so I know it's still capable, but for whatever reason, lately it seems to sometimes see fit to auto-adjust the brightness sometimes to make it dark. Honestly I don't watch 3D content very often, but I'd be sad to have to replace that TV, which will probably happen eventually.
