I liked the older, cynical doctor - wondered what he'd done and seen
between he and Matt Smith. Wasn't he something like 900 years older?

Hated the Sonic Shades.

Loved The Husbands of River Song. The look on River's face when he
whispers "hello, sweetie", and the culmination of their relationship
(again) was wonderful.

I missed the Doctor, Amy and Rory. Got to like their dynamic.
