Deon has given you a really good description why.

The aboriginal culture is very spiritual and since acknowledgment of the
culture, all the local shows that has persons from that culture it in has a
warning at the start. The RFDS show is not the only one to now do so. If you
watch the older "Flying Doctor's" show, they don't have that warning.

It's not just rural shows that have it, there has also been some city based
shows. There is also now a acknowledgment of country on many shows. If you
do a google search for "aboriginal country map" you will see a map of
Australia that shows all of the different "country" (Cultrure).
