COSMIC RAYS JUST HIT A 10-YEAR LOW: New data from the Earth to Sky cosmic ray 
ballooning program show that atmospheric radiation is plummeting, with recent 
measurements of cosmic rays hitting a 10-year low. Ironically, the Sun is to 
blame. Solar Maximum is causing the decrease, which is good news for both 
astronauts and air travelers.
