 I guess there's a lot to be said for checking out from your current
 circumstances, but the amenities are horrendous.

 I suppose that says more about their current circumstances that a
 hospital room would be preferable.

 I've thought, at particularly stressful times, that a 30 day rehab
 stint would be relaxing - no phones, no internet. Then, I think a
 vipissana retreat, with silent meditation would be a better choice.

 Or, buy a westy and go for a drive...
