Yeah, the first version of MSFS I played was 4.0 on my dad's computer (in 1988 or 1989, I think).  Probably also MS-DOS 3.3.  O'Hare airport was the default starting airport in MSFS for a long time.  And one time, I found out that MSFS had some multi-player capabilities; you could apparently connect over a modem, and you and your friend could both be flying around at the same time.  I thought that was so cool at the time, even though I never tried that.
