Hi there

I'm seriously looking to close this echomail area down and redirect folks 
wanting to post file announcements over to the FSX_BOT echo instead.

I am proposing simplifying things (the S in fsxNet..) in the number of echomail areas. I also suggest file announcement posts should ideally be at a minimum daily but better still once a week... so as to improve the signal/noise ratio of posts

I have taken steps to change 1/100 file announcements to now occur weekly and
over into FSX_BOT now instead of FSX_FIL

There is a discussion in the fsxNet Admin echo FSX_NET that covers this topic 
and other echos also up for retention/removal etc... you're welcome to offer 
your thoughts over there thanks :)

A final decision on this echomail area will be made in the coming 1-2 weeks.
