Who is gating that echo to Fidonet? And is it coming across as UTF-8 or something else?

Also, I'm sure you noticed the UTF-8 glyphs in the content that is properly displayed?

I believe this was addressed in 3.20 at some point, also. So if you were originally pulling it from someone who hasn't upgraded to a version that supports handling UTF-8 and mime decoding, then that could be the reason also.

Yessir! But what baffles me, is that UTF-8 is unsupported literally everywhere else in OpenXP.
