Hey Zoot!

This time I only used 'trans' to translate unbounded English text and then 'fold' and 'sed' to format the Russian text shown below.  'iconv' was then deployed to convert utf8 Russian text to cp866.  Looks like it works much better than 'trans' -width modifier.
