So, there's an interesting question here... that list shows their original village, not where they currently are. It's completely reasonable for a Clan to have traveled to a different village before their original BBS was removed from the league.

If the BBS was marked as inactive in the world.ndx, this would work correctly, and if a new BBS with the same ID was added, they would be "moved" to the new village.

I've updated it to use `<invalid>` for invalid BBS IDs (should never see this) and `<defunct>` for legal BBS IDs that do not have a name in the index.
