In the US, if Trump has his way, $12 billion will be provided to farmers who are suffering severely from Trump's policies. This $12 billion is a handout, because farmers don't stand a chance in the capitalist market due to Trump's policies. The far-right farmers are more than happy with this socialist benefit.
