The last thing we need is yet another law.  We need to actually enforce the
ones on the books.

IHMO: I think there's plenty of laws that can be used to get rid of rogue
judges.  But the gov't like a corporate management: They don't want to apply
the rules to each other because they believe they will start fighting each
other.
