A few months back there was a case about Birthright citizenship that was in front of the Supreme court...and after 70 years of having Birthright citizenship he was stripped of it. I think... Okay, recently we saw Trump Tweet and or post on Truth Social about the Auto-pen deal where he's made ~92% of the Auto-pen documents. Welp, My thoughts.... Any president can overturn an other presidents Executive Actions and Orders, Auto-pen or not. Trump could have thrown out those on day 1. His administration is setting up cases to be argued about the Auto-pen part. He'll over-tern some of the pardons passed to argue those... and based on that litmus test he'll go for the "Coupe de Gracie" and try to oust Ketanji Brown Jackson.
