I have heard about that decision... I'm just trying to research if that was the courts decision from a month or so ago.

Just reading an article... I didn't want to...  But from what I can see the Supreme court mad a decision on Texas redistricting.

The Supreme Court wants federal judges to knock it off.

They are to make decisions on the cases in front of them and stop making national judgments.

In this case the supreme court wants to have a legislative response to redistricting and not a judicial response... co-equal branch stuff.

These are "Standing Orders" that the judicial activist judges seem to be missing.

While I was thinking I saw a fitting meme... Federal Judge overturns Trump's turkey pardons...  Well I  hope it was a meme.

Solutions....

I don't know what to say...

You want each branch protected... Protected against judicial activism or whatever.

The DOJ gets rid of them... That's Trump DOJ... and if he does that what will happen if a Democrat gets in... He'll sorry... They/Them will cleanse the Federal system of Judges they don't like...

Congress??  They've been talking about impeachments... But the Senate needs a 2/3rds vote and that will never happen.

There should be a 3 strike rule or something like that.
