In the meantime, we should hold judges responsible for their actions (i.e.
releasing a known violent criminal back on to the streets) and impeach any
judge that constantly oversteps her bounds.

I thought the Supreme Court had some authority over the lower judges.  But I
might be wrong about that.

The main problem is that the system was created assuming that most people would
follow the rules and that the system would police itself.  But so many judges
have been installed by the Elitsts that they can do these things seemingly
without consequences.
