Nope.  A long time ago it was a smart idea.  All that traffic.  If only 10%
buys something from your
store, you are going to do good.

But now cities are Blue crime areas.  If you sell alcohol, you'll have an islam
yelling at you.  You have to keep everything locked down or you'll be robbed. 
And now the Elitists want to control your business (which, interesting, is the
very definition of "fascism" that they like to labels others with).
