Rand was correct to call out that this wasn't a "clean spending bill" because
of the couple of things that the Dems put in.  He was correct to call out that
those things would hurt some Americans.

But he wasn't correct in that we should continue to hurt thousands of people
for the sake of a few - which can be corrected later.

So only a "bit" of a point.

Correct.  Rand seems to be slipping.  Could he be compromised now?
