Ya, that's part of the problem:  These Woke strongholds are simply ignoring the

Like Article IV of the Constitution, specifically the Supremacy Clause (no, not
the White Supremacy Clause).  Basically, if the Fed law says so, the state
cannot say "no".  And, yes, this clause has been proven in court.

But Elitists never think that the law applies to them.
