You're right about all this, but the loophole that they're using is this: they aren't *teaching* gender identity, but they're *flirting* with it by putting the idea in the kids' heads by saying "Please take this survey!"

They also asked "Have you ever thought about suicice?" and "How would you have done it?" So while they're not forcing kids to learn about these things, they're forcing them to think about them.

My school's superintendent is too elite to return phone calls. I went to the last 2 school board meetings but I'm a 1 thing at a time kind of guy, and I'm trying to get them to resolve my first issue, which is one that they haven't even responded to yet (And it's been more than 2 months already.)

This "survey" crap is definitely on my list of issues, but first I need them to resolve a security issue. They keep dodging me. I think I'm supposed to contact the state's Department of Education next (chain of command.)
