I missed 13 when I took mine, but that was good enough for a CSCE. I upgraded not so much to work HF (the last time I did that was on Memorial Day Weekend, 2011, on the Arkansas and Missouri Railroad Memorial Day Troop Train)...but to become a Volunteer Examiner (VE), and eventually a team leader.
